Fabulous pair of Arts and Crafts adjustable table lamps. Trefoil feet, one with keyhole for fitting onto table or wall and the original patina. The fabric shade is fitted to the metal frame and has the ability to swing and tilt to requirements for shading or highlighting areas- see details. The red shade has been used to illustrate although it is not quite the right size - it would be bigger and the colour of the silk can be chosen by the buyer. There is a mark on the stem of about 6cm down one side - see detail but the other side is flawless. These are a very rare find. Circa 1908

Shades

We are now able to provide these pleated silk shades which are copies of the shades used by Benson on his early electric lamps. They clip onto a bulb and can be tilted to direct light where needed. They are pleated silk with satin lining. Cream is lined with cream and the dark green is lined with light gold. They are stunning shades and complete the look of Art Nouveau and Arts and Crafts lights. A dark red is on its way!
